The post-graduate studies at the Department of Physical Geography and Ecosystem Science (INES) and at the Department of Geology together form the post-graduate programme at the Centre for Geobiosphere Sciences (CGB). Studies follow one of four main subjects: Physical Geography and Ecosystem Science, Geographical Information Science, Lithosphere and Paleobiosphere Sciences and Quaternary Sciences.
