What to know, whom to contact

Log on credentials

You will get these from your teachers at the beginning of every course. Did they expire? Contact our IT technician Ricardo Guillén or our IT responsible Rafael Przybyszewski.

Access to our premises

As a student, you have 24 / 7 access to our computer labs. For questions regarding your access card, contact our student administrator Eva Kovacs.

Printing

Use our multifunctional printer Aurora, located in Geocentre I, room 217 (second floor, between Altocumulus and Cirrocumulus).

For the sake of the environment and taking care of our budget, we keep a printing quota system. The number of pages you get depend on what course you are taking. One page in black & white consumes one printing credit. One page in color consumes ten printing credits.

Unfortunately, print jobs over 20 pages will not print. Color print jobs over 3 pages will not print either. If you need to print that many pages, you will need to print them in batches.

Data storage

When logging in to any of our computers, you can access a network drive mapped as U:. It holds a maximum of 1 GB of data. If you need more storage space, please contact your teacher.

We do not back up our lab computers, but we do back up U: drives at regular intervals.
