

I study climate variability and change, atmospheric dynamics, carbon cycle dynamics, natural and anthropogenic emissions and uptake of greenhouse gases, and data assimilation techniques. My current research project focuses on developing methods to monitor the carbon cycle and carbon dioxide emissions from humans using in situ and satellite observations.
