DESCRIPTION:Contact: conference@icos-ri.eu\n\nThe ICOS Science Conference\,
  organised every second year by the ICOS community\, is a global event ope
 n to scientists and other experts working in greenhouse gases and biogeoch
 emical cycles. The conference itself will take place from Tuesday 15th unt
 il Thursday 17th September 2026. On Monday 14th\, there will be a voluntar
 y icebreaker event\, and on Friday 18th\, there will be a possibility to p
 articipate in excursions to ICOS stations.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;The event will be 
 held in the historical student house AF-Borgen. As in previous years\, the
 re will be an online attendance option as well.&nbsp\;The conference progr
 amme will include a wide variety of scientific as well as interdisciplinar
 y sessions related to policy making\, climate education and new instrument
  developments. As in the past years\, the session themes and the scientifi
 c programme will be created by a programme committee consisting of top cli
 mate scientists.&nbsp\;The conference will also host a vendor area\, which
  will offer the instrument manufacturers and other innovators the space to
  showcasing their products and interact with scientists. Questions related
