Geert Hensgens, doctoral student at the department, has received SEK 130 000 from the Swedish Society for Anthropology and Geography, for his project “Concentration, bioavailability and chemistry of dissolved organic carbon in tundra soils; the relationship between soil properties, plant/microbe communities and carbon fluxes”.
